We have SYOS available for customers purchasing tickets at one of our venues - The Civic. It is old and clunky as it was built in Flash V5.0 in 2008. However, we need to keep it a wee while longer. Mary Poppins is on sale currently at The Civic (www.the-edge.co.nz/marypoppins.aspx) and the promoter does not want us to leave any orphan seats. We use the ReserveTicketsSpecialRequests method and the request parameter which allows us to specify to LeaveSingleSeats or not. What we would like to do ideally is hold individual seats without doing the leave single seat check, and once the selection is completed then check for Leave Single Seats against the selection of seats the customer has held in the session.
Has anyone encountered this, and found a way to prevent orphan seats?
