Hey Folks,
We're about waist deep in our v11 migration, testing, debug, etc. We've defined most/all of our business rules to scope the programming accordingly, but there are a few tricky questions remaining, and i wanted to ask the community if they have any input:
Generally speaking, we are transacting as a household, as this will maintain all the rules and privileges we've always provided. Lets say Joe = A1 and Jane = A2.
Jane logs in and wants to manage her communication preferences. Should she get Joe's? Probably not. Joe should log in to change his. okay, but how about:
Who do you say welcome to? Jane, Joe, or both?
Seems trivial right? But if you say "Welcome Jane", and only show Jane's Communication Preferences, and transact to Jane and Joe, that's misleading and a wee bit confusing when Joe logs in and see's tickets to "the book of Mormon" in his "My Calendar" area.
So you say "Welcome Joe and Jane". Again, should Jane be messing with Joe's communication preferences?
And unfortunately, we currently say, "Welcome back, Joe!" Which is really totally irrelevant to Jane.
Whaddya say, network!
