A weird thing is happening when a particular constituent tries to make a ticket purchase.
The way our site is built, constituents cannot purchase a ticket unless their account is logged in.
In this instance, the constituent is logged in, goes to make a purchase, but is denied when submitting their order. I checked my Tessitura error logs and the following error message appeared:
[Error, 0] Tessitura.WebAPI.TessituraException: TESSITURA_ACCESS_DENIED_EXCEPTION: The method called requires the user to be logged in.
There is more information that was included in this log. I can provide if needed. Just wanted to know if anybody had suggestions.
