Subscription CSI's

I'm trying to get TNEW to generate a CSI for seating requests. I am following the documentation as best as i can, but no CSI comes through on my orders. Anyone have any advice?

    We do this too. Couple things I would start with: ensure that the CSI categories, contact methods, etc are set up in system tables (TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_CATEGORY and TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_TYPE), that the CSI contact method, origin and activity type is assigned in LRT_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULTS.

     

    Also, something I've noticed: the CSI doesn't generate if nobody entered anything into the boxes online, so if there's no content there will be no CSI.

  • Hi Suzie,

    Something that the TNEW team has always recommended to me (and has worked!) is to log in to the Tessitura client using the web user group, and try to create the CSI manually using all the same criteria that you have set up for the web. If you get any errors, then you may need to look into the combination of CSI settings in your system tables.
