In this week's episode of "What did we break this time?", our heroes (my box office and I) find ourselves perilously unable to get Select Your Own Seat effectively up and running. Best Available Seating works without a problem, and SYOS has worked flawlessly in the past, but when we attempt to SYOS now we are returned the following error in the middle of where the seat map should be--
"Unable to Load the Zone Map"
We've tried tracing our steps through System Tables and Ticketing Setup, but we can't seem to find the missing link (pun intended) ... any tips on where we should be looking?
