Documentation on new web API?

I feel like I'm missing something.  Is there any documentation on the new V11 web API / RESTful services?

    It is apparently an API documentation kind of day...  I just went looking for the API documentation in the new help system (which I LOVE) and was disappointed that it was not available there.  Any chance that it could be added to the system?
