Print at Home Color Inverted

We are successfully using a few different PAH templates.  We are attempting to add another one that is set up just like the rest, but the color on the PAH ticket is inverted.

Has anyone else had this issue?  Any ideas would be appreciated.

    The color on our PAH ticket is no longer inverted, but now the fields are populating in different places than on the template.

     

    Has anyone had issues with that?
