As background work for our Education Online project, I'm trying to find out if anyone uses TNEW to allow people to login with their organisation constituent record?
The obvious benefits of this would be more valuable reporting, invoicing and the enabling special MOS for specific constituencies.
The downside would be lack of intuitiveness in resetting passwords, and potential transactions where the person making the purchase is unknown, only their organisation is known.
Has anyone grappled with these implications?
