Hi folks,
I'm researching to see if there is a way to create a constituent attribute on our website through TNEW.
Basically, we have a large number of ticket buyers who are members of other arts organizations (and we often provide them with exclusive disounts, promotions, etc...) and would like to be able to track them in Tessitura. I have created an attribute for their member ID# (referencing the other organizations) and would like to make this attribute available so patrons can manually enter this when they are creating an account on our site. We have the Interests Tab, so that's one possibility, but I think the member ID# field would serve us better.
Is there a way to do this without a TNEW customization? I didn't find anything in the Web Help documentation.
Any ideas would be helpful!

We're happy to brainstorm with you a bit about this. Why don't you either open a ticket with TNEW Support and one of us (Karyn, Marie, or myself) can grab a few minutes to talk through options with you.
Also did you know there's a TNEW users group (http://www.tessituranetwork.com/COMMUNITY/groups/tn_express_web_user_group/default.aspx) you could post to as well? Might be another good option as it's more TNEW focused than the general web forum.
