I am not a web techical person, but I am on a fact finding mission for our web team as a favor today, do please bear with me.
We are wondering if other Tessitura users have had issues with the credit card server, particularly in what it communicates back to the API when an issue occurs?. We had a number of issues over the weekend on our website, when seemingly disparate segment of patrons all get INVALID ACCOUNT errors all within a three minute time span. We also saw a couple other patrons at another time, get CARD TYPE MISMATCH within 20 minutes of each other. This is when a patron enters a credit card number and it should go with a specific card type.We are wondering if others have had weird things happen to youand if so how did you handle it?

I just noticed this too on our site this weekend. (TESSITURA_INVALID_ORDER_EXCEPTION: There is not a valid order associated with the current session.) We didn't see any mis-match errors.
I haven't addressed this yet with the rest of our staff, but I will probably open up a TASK ticket to see what happened. It appears something weird (at least in Boston) happened.
