Hello...
We have purchased the software product QAS Web by Experian - the web version of an address / email validation tool - but have found out that we cannot simply integrate this program with TNEW, whose policy it is to take a community vote before making such updates.
I was wondering if anyone has experienced similar difficulty and what you may have done to get around this... I'd also like to know if there are other TNEW clients that would be interested in supporting the integration of QAS Web with TNEW. Obviously, there is great value in having data come into the database already validated so I am very motivated to get the ball rolling on this.
Kind thanks for any input you may have.
Regards
Hilary
Hello Hilary,
We would be very interested in using QAS with our TNEW site as well (we haven’t gone live yet, but will soon), so would love to see what can be done.
We understand that it is very expensive though…

Hilary,
I’ve had QAS for a couple of years now and am paying for the web version even though we aren’t using it (because of the package price I was able to negotiate). I have added the integration to the TNEW enhancement request list already. I’m glad to hear there are now other TNEW organizations with QAS, I think I was the only one until now. I’m more than happy to help push for the integration with you as I’m asked constantly when QAS will be working on the web!!

Beau,
Just an FYI, QAS and Tessitura have worked together to negotiate better pricing for Tessitura licensees. Because QAS is so helpful and is a valuable tool in keeping your database addresses clean, Tessitura worked hard to get the pricing lower than it has been in the past.
