I'm writing a few custom templates for our email confirmations and documentation says that the OrderData property has 10 Custom values that it can return. Where can I define what values are returned, I'm presuming their is a local procedure I need to modify somewhere.

These are Keywords that you can attach to the order screen under ticket order. If you create a new Keyword in T_KEYWORD you can assign it for use within the ticket order screen by selecting "Order" in the "Use for List" column. You will need to also set the number of the customer element in "Custom ID" column. This can be anything from 1 to 10.
