What does it mean when I see the error on our website "It seems these seats have been taken" when the seats are actually available? I can click on the seats from our SYOS map. Then when I click on "Add to Cart" I get that error. As an end user, I'm able to sell them in person. We don't have holds or allocations in play here. And it's not happening for every show. I thought I would try all of your expertise before I submit a help ticket. Thanks!
Would reserving those seats leave an orphaned seat? Maybe your Web site is disallowing that. I know that's an option in TNEW.
