Ticket Limits don't work for Quick Pick

Hey All, We've got our first presale through our fancy shmancy Tess API website on Wednesday. The promoter wants an 8 ticket limit per order to be imposed. I set it up as an offer and all that jazz. When I try it online it will give me a "too many tickets" type error when I select my own seats for more than 8. But if I quick pick tickets with an amount greater than 8 it I don't get any errors and I can purchase as many tickets as I want. Does anyone know what I could be missing? Thanks!
