Does anyone know where I might get instructions as to how to set up online discounts? I've searched the documentation and knowlegebase but all I can find is very vague descriptions and discussion about the fact that it is possible. I just need A-B-C of how to do it. I'm looking to have a basic online codeword that is put into the online discount box, that then switches the customer to a new MOS, which has access to special price types for selected performances. I underand the principles but I don't know what the steps are. If there's a previous thread or document that can help I'd really appreciate access to it. Thanks Simon
