I'm curious to know if anyone has or is planning on implementing Select Your Own Seat on their website that is not dependent in using Flash.
What about SYOS on mobile devices (smartphones) rather then tablets/iPad?
We're looking to completely rework our website as part of our Tessitura implementation and wondering what the (practical) options are.
Any help would be gratefully received - if not paid for with a beer in Orlando!

We are planning to implement a pure HTML / JQuery SYOS module in the upcoming weeks (so watch this space) Also we have a very basic HTML version on our current website at the moment.
Our new SYOS will pull information directly from the seat map within tessitura and will display the seats based on their position and status pulled from getSeats() web API method. This actually returns the X/Y co-ordinates of the seats, so with a bit of absolute positioning it is really straightforward to layout the seats.
We haven't had a chance to test this on smart phones / tablets yet but will hopefully will be able to do this once it is sitting on the external facing web address.
