We are implementing print at home and are strongly considering using the new PrintTickets method instead of the Tessitura PAHT app. We are looking to do it as a browser print at the end of the purchase and possible in the user's purchase history.
I'm wondering if anyone is using the PrintTickets method yet and, if so, any lessons learned or ideas from the implementation. Also, if you would be willing to share the layout of the ticket, I would appreciate it. (I am looking specifically for templates using the PrintTickets barcode, not PAHT pdfs.)
Thanks,
Patrick

Apologies for being the guy that doesn't answer the question you asked :) but we recently had this discussion during our current web redesign process and while we will most likely go with the PrintTickets method on a user account / history page, we will also continue doing email as well because we find that there is a value in allowing the customer to have repeat access to the ticket. Maybe they printed it and lost it, or they don't have access to a printer at the moment - so, just food for thought.
At the very least I would consider making sure that you provide access in the user history as well instead of just at the point of purchase confirmation page then they lose access to the PAH ticket unless they print right then.I'll stay tuned to the thread - I'm interested in the 'real' answers to your question!
