I'm not finding this in the docs or forums, save an Idea: when you try to print a mobile tickets email, the QR codes don't come through. Maybe this is "clever" and on purpose, but I note that I can print the mobile Tickets from my TNEW account pages just fine. Does anyone know if this is non-negotiable design, if there's a workaround, whether I ought to enter a support ticket, etc.?

Hey Gawain, we use the Mobile Ticket Email and every now and then we have issues where the QR code doesn't appear when trying to print from the email. Usually this is due to a printer setting - try checking that the printer settings are to "show images" or "show background graphics":
