I tried matching the E Commerce Section for a recent update. In Dev it is showing the individual performances, along with the more info button for the selections I want. However, in the live version those areas removed. I could find the general information on TN Express Web v7 for Tessitura v15 - Page: Fixed Package Detail/packages/fixed/[PkgID] (tessituranetwork.com) but I haven't had any success revealing that information. Could I get a pointer on what I need to change?
It sounds like it's turned off in one of the editors in your LIVE TNEW. On the TNEW site map it will direct you to the editor to turn it back on. The samples will open up and direct you to the editor you may need to edit. It's a fun game of finding the right editor. And reset cache/forms to find the correct spot that will give you what you are needing.
