I've created a small flex package for two of our upcoming shows playing in repertory. It works fine through the client- but on the TNEW "Flex Package Detail Page" it shows the text "How many seats do you want for each performance?" but there's no place to select a number of seats. And you can't move past this page.
I can send screen caps if that's helpful. I'm not sure what could be wrong. I have the price types in the web mode of sale.
Any ideas? Thank you much!
Hi Mike, do you have a designated Packages MOS, or do your single and season tickets use the same Web MOS? My first thought is that your flex package price type needs to be added to your Packages MOS within Ticketing Setup.
Yes- we have an Internet Subscription MOS as well as an Internet Base. Both have been added to the package.
My guess is the same as Nathan's: Go to Ticketing Setup > Ticketing Setup > Modes of Sale > MOS/Price Type and make sure the package Price Type is in the Associated Price Types window.
Another thing to check is that that the Price Type (if this is a Price Type specific to this package) is configured to work with TNEW. You would go to Ticketing Setup > Ticketing Setup > Pricing Setup > Price Types >Price Type / User Group and make sure that the TNEW site User Group is under "Associated User Group".
Update- I figured it out! I was a combination of the MOS/User Group and the price type being excluded. Thanks!
Awesome, glad you got it working!
