We have a couple of On-Account Payment Methods connected to On Account Payment Balance in the TNEW cart/payment page. Is there a way to prioritize one On-Account Payment Method over the other?

Hi Sabina,As far as I know, there isn't a way to prioritize - the balance shown is the total amount of funds from all On-Account Payment Methods that you enable on TNEW. You can, however, restrict which Payment Methods are available through TNEW.
I conducted some testing today and found that in TNEW, if you have multiple On-Account Payment methods assigned, the funds are drawn from the On-Account PM with the lower ID number first.
