I highly dislike the current method of choosing delivery method...it is very difficult for patrons to know they can change the option. Is there a way to make it a drop down or radio buttons instead of a link to a new window?
As far as I can tell, the existing functionality is just how TNEW works, and I don't think there are other options without Tessitura adding them in. However, we get around this by forcibly redirecting the customer to the delivery option page before they get to the checkout page, that way most customers are forced to view their options at least once per order. If you have anyone who can write SQL, it shouldn't be too difficult for them to setup using the LWP_VALIDATE_CART procedure. (Of course, if you are currently running or upgrading to V16 soon, web customizations are done completely different.)Beyond that, you can try to alter the messaging for the delivery option on the checkout page to make it more noticeable.
