We are working to setup add-ons in TNEW to move away from packages for our surcharge exhibitions. It is working fine and as expected, but only if the user starts the process logged in. If the user is not logged in when adding their first item to the cart, they are prompted to login before continuing and then after logging in TNEW skips the add-on page and goes straight to the cart. Does anyone know of a way to put the add-on page prior to the login page in the customer checkout process?

Hi Jonathan - are you in v16? We noticed this oddity during testing, and have had confirmation that it is being flagged as a defect.In v15 the Add Ons page fires regardless of log-in status for us.best wishes

I've had this back: TNEW engineers are currently working on this one with an aim to add into v16.0.9 in the application and v16.0.10 TNEW, likely available in just over 1 month
