I'm having multiple problems when setting up a Zebra TRBO device for the first time. App won't open after install, tablet needed a factory reset, login troubles once I actually get to the first screen in the app.
1. Has anyone else experienced these struggles?
2. Is there a centralized document with all the steps in the set up process? I'm having to individually search each step and have not yet found an all inclusive list of steps.

Hi Victoria - we are trying to get up and running on TRBO rather quickly and I seem to stumble every step of the way. I'd truly appreciate you sending your document over - SCollins@RuthEckerdHall.net to benefit from your experience, Right now I was logged into the app - made some changes in Tessitura (flex header in t_defaults). Logged out of app and now when I go to log back in it does not list any groups - saying that I do not have any valid user groups when I was just in there! Frustrating. Thanks in advance!
Hi Victoria, on the offhand chance you see this in the next day or so would it be possible for you to send said document my way as well. alan.strange@emory.edu I'm attempting a rapid TRBO implementation, and such a document could prove immensely helpful.
