We're working on setting up Wordfly's "Wordfly Preferences" page, where customers can follow a link and then set values for Contact Permissions, Contact Point Purposes, Attributes and/or Interests. But we've realized that we also have a number of accounts that were imported directly into Wordfly and don't have accounts in Tessitura. Does anyone have any experience with this? Plans around it? We're asking Wordfly how they expect it to be handled.
Depends on your marketing flow. It seems messy to me that we'd do a tightly segmented campaign plan (eg: a Tessitura extraction) and then throw an unsegmented list of potentially duplicated (or worse suppressed) accounts at the end as a WFly list.
We had that when we had a lightbox popup taking signups into a wordfly list but I'd regularly do a matchup and import (like a TNEW short registration) to Tessitura.
