We are using two websites as one entity - www.coloradosymphony.org and tickets.coloradosymphony.org. I have Google Analytics monitoring the root (www...) but would like to use the same id number for Tessitura (tickets...).
Not sure how to include the code (or where) to make this happen.
thanks,
Chip
You should just be able to insert the Google Analytics code into any HTML file, regardless if it's a subdomain or the main www site.
I've got the same GA account for:www.smm.org - our main sitem.smm.org - our mobile site
What I ended up doing for the mobile site was to create a new Website Profile under the GA account, and then in the profile filters I added:
Filter Field: HostnameFilter Patter: ^m\.smm\.org
It did the trick!Eric

What I don’t know is how to get to the html files… not using the Tessitura login.

You put it in the templates or your web integrator does. On 8/18/10 11:27 AM, "Chip Clark" <bounce-chipclark2974@tessituranetwork.com> wrote:
