PAH (Print at Home) Problems

we run into it a lot that people say they didn't receive our PAH tickets....we ask that they check Junk and such, even, have even run into it where a work computer email won't accept and then they have to tell their IT to allow...but then we can't even resend because they never opened the first email...anyone else having problems with people receiving the email??? suggestions/thoughts??? thanks!

  • We have been having this issue too recently, I am actually currently working with Tessitura with an active ticket.

I received advice from Tessitura staff to set up a BCC for all PAH emails that go out so that if a guest calls I can check this inbox to see if the email went out. This has been helpful to pinpoint people not getting them so that Tessitura staff can research better. It also allows me to add the attachment to a separate email to email the customer if the issue continues.

We have a NULL printer set up so that if a guest calls about not receiving tickets and the PAH button is greyed out, we "print" the tickets to a NULL printer so that nothing prints. Then, close the order, go back into the order and the PAH button will be available. That is our current work around, when doing the PAH button manually this way, the guest seems to always get it.

    Hope this helps a little!
