we run into it a lot that people say they didn't receive our PAH tickets....we ask that they check Junk and such, even, have even run into it where a work computer email won't accept and then they have to tell their IT to allow...but then we can't even resend because they never opened the first email...anyone else having problems with people receiving the email??? suggestions/thoughts??? thanks!

We had this problem quite a lot last year, but when we stopped using pah AND mobile tickets, things got better. I don't think Tessitura loves doing both at the same time? So maybe if you're using both, that's contributing?
