Wondering if anyone has a similar issue. A lot of our patrons have a difficult time using promo codes on TNEW. On our site currently, you have to enter the promo code before adding the seat to your cart. It's to my understanding that this is the only way it can be set up on TNEW. However, this often confuses our patrons and they continue to put their promo codes in the gift certificate box even after we changed our language to be very specific. I was wondering if anyone has found a resolution to this or has any ideas.

The resolution that we do is. When we send out Promo Code offer is embedded in the link that’s used in e-blast. Another way is we make a web vanity link as well and again we embedded the link with the promo on there as well. That is really the easier way to help the patron out.

We do the same things, and we've had very few issues with promo codes on TNEW.
