Hi all!
Wondering if anyone has a similar issue. A lot of our patrons have a difficult time using promo codes on TNEW. On our site currently, you have to enter the promo code before adding the seat to your cart. It's to my understanding that this is the only way it can be set up on TNEW. However, this often confuses our patrons and they continue to put their promo codes in the gift certificate box even after we changed our language to be very specific. I was wondering if anyone has found a resolution to this or has any ideas.

Hi Courtney! I'll admit we still run into this quite a bit but we were able to make some improvements with the help of Hotjar. You can get this product for free if you are a non-profit: https://www.hotjar.com/nonprofit/Once implemented it will alert you to longer running sessions that show user frustration, usually caused by trying to add the promo code too late, and may help inform additional language, or template, updates to help curb the problem.
