Hi all. We are wanting to attach a survey after the purchase is complete and our Marketing Department is wondering about doing so in the order confirmation. I would think CSIs are only created while you are in the purchase path and not from an order confirmation. If we were to link to Survey Monkey or the like that would require staff to enter those responses. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Your two options in TNEW are to have the survey on the performance page or on payment page. The survey is then submitted when you finalize the order. We've run surveys (but not for marketing) in both cases. Does it have to be one the confirmation page?
That's where our Marketing Department would like it to live. I'm just trying to find out what's possible. Do you know if the performance page creates a CSI? I can research it as well if you don't. Thank you so much for your reply!
Be default surveys create CSIs. Be warned that they will create CSIs whether they are filled or not. CSI's, of course, are hardly better, and in fact may be less useful than an Excel sheet that you'd get from Surveymonkey or whatever, although with the CSI you do get a direct match to the customer. With custom coding it is, I believe, possible to to do different things with survey input in Tessitura.
