We've been having discussions in our organization about having all available seats show online. We would like to show limited seats online but still have the BO able to sell them. Does anyone else do this? If so, what method do you use? I've been thinking allocations but I'm interested in all ideas.

Hi Susan,
We used to do this with holds - we'd place a bunch of holds on the map so that the hall looked a bit more full to patrons buying online, but our reps had access to sell from that hold through phone or box office.
