Hi! Wondering if there is a way to make text boxes appear if someone chooses a certain answer for our gift certificates page. For example, if a customer chooses email the email field will show up but if they choose mailed, the address fields will show up. I am using TNEW, assuming it's something in the system tables perhaps.
Courtney Tuozzo Hello and we currently do a very similar thing to what you have described here at the Perth Theatre Trust. I don't believe this is an out of the box feature and we currently accomplish this via custom JavaScript triggered by our TNEW hosted template.
