Hello all,
We're doing lots of work to refine our online purchase pathways including looking to optimize donation upsells. We've been doing some A/B testing on our website so half the audience see one call to action and the other half see another. Does anyone know if there's a way to do the same on TNEW? Currently we're relying on running one test at a time and comparing different periods, but with such huge changes happening on the cultural and political landscape that the moment we could really do with concurrent testing!
Thanks!
Brodie
Hi Brodie,One thing I think might be worth testing is to use pricing rules. You can trigger a message based on various criteria, such as constituency or attribute. So for example, if you add a TEST A attribute to half of your constituent records, and TEST B to the other half. Then, when the patron goes through the TNEW path and logs in, it will recognize them as TEST A and trigger a message for the donation upsell. Anyone with the TEST B attribute will trigger another message. I hope that makes sense! I'm happy to clarify or answer any questions.
