Good day all,
I will start with: We are self-hosted. We have started having issues where content entered into TNEW has stopped appearing on the Content tabs in performances built in Tessitura, and therefore is not being pulled into EpiServer.
The TNEW team says it an EpiServer problem but the Adage team points back to Tessitura. Has anyone else experienced this, or do you have any suggestions on how to move forward?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
Best,Lesley
If the content isn't being pulled into the T_INV_CONTENT, surely that is a TNEW/Tessitura issue?
Hi Gawain. Can you provide more info about T_INV_CONTENT? I can find a TR_INV_CONTENT table, but not T_... To make sure I'm using the right words: Prior to mid-July (my best guess) info that was added to TNEW had been appearing in the prod season/perf tabs, but that is no longer the case:
Before:
After:
Pretty sure Gawain Lavers meant TX_INV_CONTENT. That is the table that actually savesthe performance/production/etc... specific content.
I'm sure you've already found this, but just in case, here's the documentation about the property synchronization between TNEW and Tessitura: www.tessituranetwork.com/.../TNEW.htm
Thanks John. Starting with Prod Season ID 7182, TX_INV_CONTENT is blank.
Yep. Of course the way to view it is the Content Tab. I'd review the docs that Maery Simmons (Past Member) linked to, as the property synchronization is clearly not happening.
I did not know this - thanks Maery! and Gawain and John!
OK, one last question (hopefully): this looks like something I can do when logging in to TNEW admin. Is that true or is it something IT should do?
This is sort of a business practice question - it depends on your company! It is something that anyone with access to TNEW admin can do, so it's up to how your org handles these kinds of changes to know whether you should.
When we look at the Property Synchronization feature, none of the boxes are currently checked. Should they be?
