Has anyone used custom form data to require a patron to acknowledge something, otherwise preventing checkout?I see the documentation alludes to required form fields but we haven't taken the plunge. We are considering requiring patrons to acknowledge/agree to COVID policy before completing a purchase. Wondering if anyone else has done or doing this with success.

We are using pre-cart pages for packages and mainstage performances that force patrons to read an attendance policy agreement, which they thus agree to if they click the link to continue to their cart and complete the purchase. Does not save the agreement response to the patron record like a custom form field would. But was the best solution for us since we have more than just performances on TNEW (classes, uniforms, etc.) and wanted to keep the agreement separate from those items.
