Is it possible to force a specific MOS to use best available seating for a performance rather than SYOS? I've seen settings where I could turn on/off SYOS by product type, etc, but really only want this to happen for one particular MOS.

Hi Lesley. No, best seating vs. SYOS cannot be controlled at the Mode of Sale level. However, on TNEW, you can build links to events that bypass SYOS and go to the best seating page, so perhaps you could creatively use that for some customers.
