How are TNEW organizations dealing with patrons not being able to save a billing name &/or address that SHOULDN'T overwrite their primary name/address?

As a new-to-TNEW organization, we recently found that when an individual or affiliate needs to update their billing address &/or name so that their credit card won't decline, their name on their individual or affiliate account is updated to the credit card name & their primary address is updated to what may not be a valid address, since TNEW can only accept one address to send to Worldpay. I'm wondering how other TNEW organizations are handling the data corruption caused by patrons intending to pass just a billing address &/or name and instead updating their primary names and addresses on their affiliate accounts. Do we need to contact every patron who updates their name or address via TNEW on a daily basis to confirm whether or not the actual primary name/address should have been updated or if they were simply providing accurate billing information so their credit card wouldn't decline?  Do others add instructions for patrons stating 'If you have a different name/address on your credit card, update that now, check out, then come back & change it back?'  How are others dealing with the onslaught of addresses created by the process? We're seeing confused patrons who are giving up on donating right now, so there's heightened anxiety about the impact that this will have on the organization.  Thanks in advance for any business practices that others have already implemented to correct the primary name and primary address updates that weren't actually intended by the patron.
