Hello! I don't know if this is the best forum to ask this, but we're about to start a website redesign and just released the RFP, and I was curious if anyone here had any good suggestions (or horror stories) on web design firms they have worked with, especially when it came to working with TNEW and Tessitura integration.
Also any advice on how building a new site with Tess/TNEW in mind went for you, things you would go back and change, etc. would be most welcome.

We are currently in the process of undergoing the redesign (to be completed this spring) and are using a company out of Charleston, SC called Blue Ion (link below).
