(Let me preface this by saying - I have found myself on the struggle bus way too many times this week!)
Hello all!
We have created a new HTML order confirmation template with information for patrons to access their online digital content. But we're stuck trying to figure out how to make this new template the active one (in our test system, of course).
I feel like it has something to do with T_Defaults and T_Format tables, but cannot find the info I need to be successful.

Hi Lesley! Check out this checklist. Step 1 is probably already done in your system (but it's worth checking), and it sounds like you just did Step 2. Once you get it into T_FORMAT_INFO you'll see it become available in the order window.
Thanks Michael. I've seen this, but now I'm concerned that HTML templates are not currently used in TNEW...
They are not yet used in TNEW. Our developers are working on that and we will post updates on the TNEW roadmap. In the meantime, you can provide digital content information in your TNEW order confirmations with dynamic email content. Check out this page under "Granting Access to Digital Content."
We have been able to pull the content on to the confirmation - thank you so much!
