At CMA we are pushing to move our free digital events registration through Tessitura and have a recently hired developer taking a look at our TNEW setup through fresh eyes. One of the issues he raised was that the TNEW Account Information page requires the user to enter their password twice to make any updates (email, postal address, etc) even though they are already logged in. Ideally we'd only require them to enter the password on this page if they were updating their password. Does anyone have a workaround for this?
