Worldpay and Online Payment Plans - Tokenization Fees

Hello,

For anyone utilizing Online Payment Plans with Worldpay are you able to provide what the fees per tokenization are?  I'm having trouble getting a response from Worldpay, but need to move forward with a decision on whether or not to implement, which is based on the fees, so any information that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

  • Hi Jolene. You may have already found your answer, but here's what we received from WorldPay as the pricing options when we added tokenization this past fall. I'm afraid I have no idea if they might be different from organization to organization based on whatever criteria, but it's what they sent us.

Additionally, my sympathies for your having to attempt to contact Worldpay. We began attempting to enable tokenization in early July and didn't complete the project until late October. Part of that was related to some of our own internal issues and record keeping, staff turnover, etc. but I have to say that communicating with Worldpay was by far the single worst experience I've ever had as a customer either as an individual, as a representative of a company or otherwise. I spent days worth of time on hold and being bounced from one department to another and on more than one occasion, individuals with whom we had been in direct contact by email simply stopped replying. Emails and voicemails left at general addresses and numbers went unreplied to. We honestly began looking at changing our entire payment processing set-up as potentially the path of less resistance before finally getting everything resolved.
