I can't believe I'm even starting to think about renewals, but here we are! I just had a question about online renewals and the information showing up. If a patron did not renew last year, but their unpaid subscription is still in their account, if we roll them over again, will BOTH unpaid subscriptions show up via the renewal page on TNEW?
We are still in the beginning phases of this and we're not 100% what we'll do with people who did not renew due to COVID, but figured I'd get a head start on this question. Thanks!!!
Hi Kari! In order to keep this from happening I would recommend using the seat cancellation utility to remove any older renewals after you've done the newest rollover. Alternatively you can remove any TNEW keywords on the older package to ensure renewals for that package are inactive.
