Hi everyone -
Is there anyway (out of the box) to be able to show the ticket price for a concert listed on a patron's Upcoming Events page? We are utilizing the Request a Return function, but some people are asking why they can't see the ticket price amount, so they know how much they are donating, getting on a GC, on account, etc?
is there a way to include this information, or would it be a customization?

Hi Kari - Glad to hear you are using the return request form feature! Unfortunately there isn't a way right now to display the amount paid for a performance on the upcoming events page. It's a really good use case though in combination with the return request form. I will add that enhancement request on our end to consider.

This would be very useful for us as well. In addition to the ticket price amount it would be great to also have the number of tickets. We have a large number subscribers who book for friends and they often have different return requests for each person
