On Account Payment Methods for Online Orders - Updated Timeline?

We are still targeting later this month for the feature to be deployed to TEST sites. Thanks Paul! I'd love to know how it will appear to patrons. Will it be a checkbox they can select or an option they can just select from a dropdown? Will it show how much they have available to use? I'm definitely very excited for this functionality - anything to allow more purchases online rather than calling our now 1-person box office.

Regarding you questions, the feature will be configured at the Product and Product Type levels in the TNEW Administration Site. You will be able to specify the specific On Account payment method that can be used for a product or product type or alternatively that a user can use all of the on account payment types available to the TNEW security group.

Redeeming their balance is done on the payment page, where like a gift certificate, the user can chose to apply the amount to their order. I attached a mockup to help explain how it will look to a user:
