Is there a way to enforce a different number of min perfs in TNEW for a package then I want to enforce for reps on the phone in the application without creating yet another package strictly for web sales.
I have an existing Flex Package that our reps on the phone need to book less than the usual minimum number of performances for. (It's a COVID-related adjustment for existing flex subscribers and we like to retain their package history code.)
However, we'd still like to enforce the higher min. perf number when people purchase the exact same package online for the first time.
Any way to manage this without making a second version of this flex package for web sales?

This is an interesting question, and I completely understand the need to make special exceptions for your current subscribers. The best practice would be to set up a different package for sale on TNEW, as TNEW will always respect your package configuration in Tessitura and there is not an override in our Admin Editors.
Some members of the community may have great suggestions, and I would love to hear them if anyone has found a creative workaround for this question.

Thanks for taking the time to respond Paul. I was pretty sure that was the case and I'd hadn't missed something in admin.
At least I can be sure we're not alone this year with many, many more package codes then in any previous year...
