Did anyone try Tessitura's V15.1 General Public Order Email Addresses? We have box office MOS as PAH and Hold at the box office but after filling Alt Address chicklet, PAH is not generating in "delivery" box.
Please advise, how can I fix this issue.

I've created a ticket for you and linked your ticket to the main defect. You will receive an update when this is resolved.
