We are running into an issue that occurs when a Patron enters the incorrect Gift Certificate number - it won't allow them to re-enter the GC Number and instead locks the Order in a Web Batch, not allowing us to work with it for 24 hours until we close the Batch.
Does this occur for anyone else and what is the workaround you've found?
