WebAPI automatic closing

Hi Sharon -

Your web batch will not automatically close until the next transaction takes place after the Batch Rollover Time in T_DEFAULTS (assuming this is midnight in your case). If there are no transactions after midnight, you'll need to manually close the web batch and the next transaction will open a new one.
