Does your organization accepting Gift Certificates as payment for donations?
How do you handle donations on TNEW with the payment of Gift Certificates turned on?
Is there a way to control what payment methods are available based on what is in the cart?

We had our first the other day. Someone paid for a donation using the leftover GC money on TNEW. I need to have a think about if/how to stop that if we seek to.
What about Pt. 2 of my question - do you know if there is a way to control payments methods based on what's in the cart? Just curious if you have any insight.....

Ragan Rhodes here from Tessitura Support. We actually have a new feature for this out on TEST sites now (v7.36). Here is the excerpt from the release notes:
Windcave - Dynamic Payment Method Filtering: You will now be able to support filtering payment methods available for a transaction based on product for Windcave hosted payments using the existing dynamic payment method table. Please note that to enable this feature, you will need to review and configure your account type and payment method settings in test first. It is very important that you test this feature on your TNEW site before enabling this feature in live. Please see the documentation for this feature in our help system.

We use WorldPay... so I am assuming this doesn't apply to us? Will WorldPay be offering this same option soon like Windcave is?
I am sorry about that, Worldpay does not offer this feature so I am not sure when/if it is something they plan to do. I'm a little confused: I assume Windcave is allowing you to say "Yes Visa, no AMEX", but they wouldn't be in the loop at all for things like GCs or On Account (if you've a customization for that)?
